The Shield Arms S15 +5 Magazine Extension increases capacity of S15 magazines by five rounds, bringing total capacity to 20+1 in a Glock 43X or 48. Machined from aluminum with an anodized red finish, this extension maintains the slim profile that makes these pistols ideal for concealed carry while providing substantially more ammunition on tap.

Installation requires disassembly of the S15 magazine and replacement of the factory baseplate and spring. The extension includes a stronger spring calibrated for the added capacity. Basic tools and mechanical aptitude are required—no gunsmithing necessary, but take care during spring installation.
