The A5 system uses a rifle-length buffer tube with a carbine-style extension, creating optimal buffer travel for consistent bolt carrier operation. The H2 tungsten-weighted buffer provides balanced mass for most 5.56 NATO loads without over-gassing. Green Sprinco spring is tuned for reliable function with both supersonic and subsonic ammunition.
