The SOLGW PATROL SL 16" 5.56 Upper Receiver Group is a complete AR-15 pattern upper assembly chambered in 5.56 NATO, built around a 16-inch barrel with a fixed front sight base configuration. This upper is designed for shooters who prefer traditional FSB reliability and want a duty-grade, ready-to-install upper that pairs with mil-spec AR-15 lower receivers. The 16-inch barrel length meets legal requirements for rifles while maintaining maneuverability.

The upper receiver is forged 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type III hard-coat anodized finish for corrosion resistance. The barrel features a government profile with a 1:7 twist rate for stabilizing heavier 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington projectiles. The front sight base is A2-style, pinned and permanently attached. This upper group includes the bolt carrier group and charging handle, making it a complete drop-in solution.
