The Trijicon REAP-IR (Rapid Engagement Advanced Precision-Infantry Riflescope) Type 4 60mm delivers high-resolution thermal imaging for precision shooting in complete darkness and adverse weather. Built around a 640x480 uncooled VOx (Vanadium Oxide) microbolometer with a 60mm germanium objective lens, this thermal riflescope provides exceptional detection and identification ranges for hunting, law enforcement, and tactical applications. The Type 4 configuration offers multiple reticle options and onboard recording capabilities for after-action review.

The REAP-IR features a hardened aluminum housing that's waterproof to 20 meters and operates across a wide temperature range from -40°F to 140°F. Digital zoom functionality extends effective range without optical degradation, while the intuitive control interface allows rapid adjustment of polarity (white hot/black hot), brightness, and contrast settings. The scope mounts directly to MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails and includes integrated video output for external displays or recording devices.
