The TROY Industries AK-47 Top Rail Gas Tube replaces your standard AK gas tube with a vented aluminum rail system that provides a low-profile optic mounting platform. Designed for AK-47 pattern rifles in 7.62x39mm, this drop-in component maintains proper gas system function while adding a full-length Picatinny rail for mounting red dots, magnified optics, or backup iron sights without requiring permanent modification to the receiver.

Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a mil-spec hard anodized black finish, the gas tube features ventilation slots to manage heat during extended firing. Installation uses the factory gas tube retention system—no gunsmithing required. The rail positions optics at an appropriate height for co-witnessing with standard AK iron sights. Compatible with most stamped and milled AK-47 receivers using standard-diameter gas tubes.
