True Precision P365 Slide with RMS Optic Cut – Black DLC

This True Precision aftermarket slide replaces the factory P365 slide and adds an RMS-pattern optic cut for direct red dot mounting. Designed for shooters who want to add a reflex sight without milling their factory slide, it accepts RMS/RMSc footprint optics and maintains the P365's compact profile for concealed carry.

Machined from 17-4 stainless steel with a black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) finish for wear and corrosion resistance. Slide features front and rear serrations for positive manipulation. This is a drop-in replacement for standard P365 frames—no permanent modifications to your firearm required. Factory sights and internal slide components are not included and must be transferred from your original slide or purchased separately.
