Taran Tactical Innovation PMAG BP 223 +5 Basepad – Magpul PMAG Gen M2/M3

The Taran Tactical Innovation PMAG BP 223 +5 Basepad increases standard Magpul PMAG capacity by five rounds, allowing shooters to extend 30-round magazines to 35 rounds without compromising reliability. Designed for 3-gun competition and tactical applications where maximizing capacity matters, this basepad installs on PMAG Gen M2 and Gen M3 magazines chambered in .223/5.56 NATO.

Machined from billet aluminum with a flat black anodized finish, the basepad features an extended lip for positive indexing during reloads and a reinforced retention tab that locks securely onto the magazine body. Installation requires disassembly of the magazine and replacement of the factory spring with the included extended spring—basic mechanical aptitude recommended. Each basepad includes the extension spring and installation hardware.
