Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a matte black hard-anodized finish, the RE-47 attaches to standard AK receiver tangs using the factory folding stock hardware. Compatible with mil-spec AR-15/M4 carbine buffer tubes and stocks, this extension opens up a wide range of aftermarket buttstock options for the AK platform. Installation requires basic tools and familiarity with AK furniture removal. Not compatible with milled receiver AKs or rifles with side-folding trunnions.
