The rifle uses standard 209 shotshell primers and is designed for quick, tool-free breakdown in the field.

This .45 caliber model pairs a black synthetic stock with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel barrel. The Vortek StrikeFire is compatible with loose powder or pellets, includes a removable breech plug for easy cleaning, and ships ready to mount optics with a factory-drilled and tapped receiver. Includes one-piece ramrod and adjustable fiber optic sights.
