The Warne Vapor Rail is a one-piece aluminum Picatinny rail designed for Savage Axis short action rifles with 8-40 thread pattern receivers. This rail provides a solid, repeatable mounting platform for optics while maintaining a low profile over the action. The single-piece design eliminates alignment issues between split rings and distributes recoil stress across multiple mounting points.

Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a matte black anodized finish, this rail accepts any Picatinny or Weaver-style rings. Installation hardware is included. Verify your Savage Axis receiver uses 8-40 threaded holes before ordering—some Axis models use 6-48 threads.
