The Weaver #429 is a cantilever-style scope mount designed specifically for Remington 870, 1100, and 1187 shotguns. This mount positions optics forward over the barrel, providing proper eye relief while maintaining full access to the loading port and ejection port. The cantilever design eliminates the need for receiver drilling or tapping.
