WMD Guns NIB-X Bolt Carrier Group Without Hammer – .308/AR-10

The WMD Guns NIB-X Bolt Carrier Group is a drop-in replacement BCG for .308/AR-10 pattern rifles, engineered to reduce friction and carbon buildup during extended firing. This unit ships without a hammer, making it ideal for builders who already have a lower parts kit or prefer to install their own trigger group components. The NIB-X coating provides a self-lubricating surface that stays cleaner between maintenance intervals compared to standard phosphate finishes.

Constructed from mil-spec 8620 steel carrier and 9310 steel bolt, the entire assembly is treated with WMD's proprietary Nickel Boron coating. This finish is applied through an electroless process that penetrates surface irregularities for uniform coverage and permanent adhesion. The coating measures approximately 1-2 microns thick and will not flake or peel under normal use. Installation is drop-in for standard DPMS-pattern AR-10 rifles; no gunsmithing required. Wipe clean after shooting—minimal lubrication needed.
