The YHM Dust Cover Assembly is a direct replacement ejection port cover for AR-15 and M16 pattern rifles chambered in 5.56 NATO. This assembly keeps dirt, debris, and moisture out of the upper receiver when the rifle is not in use or during transport. A functional dust cover is essential for maintaining reliability in adverse conditions—sand, mud, and rain can compromise feeding and extraction if contaminants enter the action.

Constructed from mil-spec materials with a phosphate finish for corrosion resistance, this assembly includes the cover, spring, and C-clip for complete installation.
