The YHM Phantom Brake is a compact muzzle brake designed to reduce felt recoil and muzzle rise on AR-15 platform rifles chambered in .223 Remington or 5.56 NATO. Its dual-port design redirects propellant gases to counteract upward climb and rearward impulse, allowing faster follow-up shots and improved control during rapid fire. The smooth exterior profile provides a clean, streamlined appearance without aggressive serrations.

Machined from steel with a durable black finish, this brake threads directly onto barrels with 1/2x28 TPI threads—the standard for .223/5.56 AR-15 barrels. Installation requires a crush washer or shim kit (not included) to properly time the brake. A wrench flat on the base allows secure installation with an armorer's wrench. Compatible with standard AR-15 rifles and carbines.
