The Yankee Hill Machine Slant Brake/Compensator reduces felt recoil and muzzle rise on .30 caliber rifles, helping you stay on target for faster follow-up shots. The slanted port design directs gases upward and to the side, countering muzzle climb without excessive concussion directed back toward the shooter. This is a practical upgrade for AR-10 pattern rifles, bolt guns, and other platforms chambered in .308 Winchester, 6.5 Creedmoor, .300 Blackout, and similar .30 caliber cartridges.

Installation is straightforward on any barrel with 5/8-24 TPI threading. The all-steel construction features a durable black finish that resists wear and corrosion. Timing can be adjusted with crush washers or peel washers (not included) to ensure the slant ports are oriented correctly.
