Zaffiri Precision Threaded Barrel & Compensator Kit for SIG P365XL – Black Nitride

This Zaffiri Precision barrel and integrated compensator system replaces the factory P365XL barrel to reduce muzzle rise and improve follow-up shot speed. The threaded barrel pairs with a purpose-built compensator that vents gases upward, countering recoil impulse without adding significant length to the slide. Shooters running the P365XL for carry or competition will notice flatter shooting and faster transitions between targets.

The barrel is machined from 416R stainless steel with a black nitride finish for corrosion resistance and reduced friction. Installation requires no permanent modification to the pistol—simply replace the factory barrel and install the compensator per Zaffiri's instructions. The barrel maintains factory specifications for drop-in fitment with standard P365XL slides and recoil assemblies. Note that compensated barrels may require tuning with different ammunition weights to ensure reliable cycling.
